HIRING: Member Services Representative (FULL TIME)

Job duties:
Employees of small credit unions wear many hats. Duties are shared between all staff members and may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately process member transactions. Transactions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Over the counter transactions; i.e. cash deposits and withdrawals, cashing checks, loan payments, etc.
- Account opening; i.e. Shares, drafts, clubs, certificates, etc.
- Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers.
- Ensure member privacy and confidentiality.
- Display excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Adhere to credit union policies and procedures.
- Cross-sell credit union products and services.
- Ask for referrals from satisfied members.
